The budget review and consultation shall be conducted by the RDC XI Full Council with the members of its Executive Committee as principal budget review panel. The RDC XI shall review the FY 2013 Budget Proposals of all concerned AROs/SUCs/SDAs.

Obituary
The Officers and Members
of the Regional Development Council (RDC) XI
deeply mourn the passing away of
Atty. Jesus “Chito” V. Ayala
The Council’s Chairperson from 1986 to 2007
The only RDC Private Sector Representative in the country who has served at the helm of the Council for twenty-one years
He passed away on 19 April 2011.
His remains will be brought to The Bulwagan,
505 Aguho Street, Juna Subdivision, Davao City.
Chairperson Sara Z. Duterte requests
all RDC XI members
to jointly pay their last respects
at 4:00 p.m., 20 April 2011.
