The setting-up of this online facility where anyone can have access on a milestone which the Regional Development Council (RDC) XI can be proud of. Let me take this opportunity, therefore, to congratulate the group in implementing this initiative!

I am very optimistic this website will help every member of the EDC more in exchanging views and information relevant in carrying out the various initiatives for the Davao Region’s utmost development. With this, we can always post our opinions, ideas, and even suggestions which are deemed important to the growth of the entire local economy.

May everyone maximize the use of the RDC-XI website and make it tool towards achieving development by strengthening convergence. And this time, virtual convergence is a part of it.
