About IDC XI
The IDC XI is one of the sectoral committees created under the RDC XI to assist in the performance of its functions.
IDC XI Functions
- Review and endorse infrastructure programs/projects of national government agencies and local government units in the region to the RDC XI requiring national government financial exposures which may come in the form of guarantees, national budget appropriations or subsidies;
- Integrate infrastructure sector information and statistics in the preparation of the annual regional development report;
- Assist the RDC XI in the translation of national development goals and policies into specific regional infrastructure sector objectives;
- Integrate infrastructure sector plans and programs of local government units into regional infrastructure sector plans and programs and coordinate all infrastructure sector planning and programming activities of infrastructure line agencies in the region;
- Assist the RDC XI coordinate, monitor, and evaluate infrastructure concerns; and
- Perform other related functions as may be assigned by the RDC XI
IDC XI Members
The Committee is composed of 29 members, namely:
a. The Regional Directors or Heads of the following Government Agencies:
- Department of the Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)
- Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG)
- Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)
- Land Transportation Office (LTO)
- National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA)
- National Electrification Administration (NEA)
- National Housing Authority (NHA)
- National Irrigation Administration (NIA)
- Transmission Corporation (TransCo)
- National Telecommunications Office (NTC)
- Philippine Ports Authority (PPA)
- Telecommunications Office (TELOF)
b. The Heads of the following Private Sector Organizations/Institutions:
- Davao Constructors Association Center, Inc.(DCA)
- Philippine Airlines (PAL)
- Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE)
- Philippine Long Distance and Telephone Company (PLDT)
- Philippine Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (PT&TC)
c. The Heads of the Planning and Development Coordinating Offices of the following Local Government Units:
- Davao City
- Digos City
- Panabo City
- Tagum City
- Island Garden City of Samal
- Mati City
- Davao del Norte
- Davao del Sur

IDC XI Officers
The officers of the IDC XI are the Chairperson, Co-Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and the Secretary. The Chairperson and Co-Chairperson shall jointly head the Committee. The NEDA XI Regional director is the ex-officio Vice-Chairperson of the Committee. The Chief of the Infrastructure Development Division of NEDA XI is the ex-officio Secretary of the IDC XI.
